Breathwork is a seated practice, intentionally re-shaping the patterning of your breathing in a conscious and systemic way to tonify the respiratory and autonomic nervous system.
In addition, by voluntarily controlling an involuntary process, the exercises build confidence in mastering emotions, improves clarity of thought processes, enhances concentration and memory in addition to improving psychological flexibility.

Meditation is the antidote to stress, harmonizing the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
When we sit and cultivate presence we can arrive back to our neutrality; releasing reactivity, aligning with our inherent love, compassion and patience.
Taking the time to be still and let go of learned perceptions and judgements, can alter you right down to the cellular level.

A Soundbath is a therapeutic full-body listening and feeling experience.
Through the Law of Resonance, Erica intentionally uses the the instruments of Gong and Crystal Bowls to encourage the cells to oscillate at a higher frequency, generating coherent cellular communication.

A healthy sleep is imperative to restore the autonomic nervous system.
When we consciously choose our thoughts as we fall asleep, the body is able to move quickly into a deep state of ease, as the brain waves slow from beta to theta/delta.
Sleep is a guided meditation combining intention setting to commit to presence, subtle breathwork, reciting affirmations and attuning to felt sensation of the entire body to welcome silence.
